What is carburizing?

Carburizing is to add carbon into the metallic material (mainly used for low carbon steel) in order to strengthen the surface. This process can increase durability. Carburizing itself is a preparation for hardening the metallic material and actual hardening is achieved through quench-and-temper process.

We are flexible to make various products, such as connecting rod, crankshaft, gear and also we can make our own tooling and jigs. We have five pacemaker carburizing furnaces, cleaners, tempering furnaces, induction hardening machines. Also, we have hardness and microstructure inspection equipment to make sure of the quality with our high standard technology. Other than carburizing, we can do induction hardening, quench-and-temper and other heart treatment facilities in order to meet various needs of our customers.
